The moment money is taken both pk parida &sagar panigrahi left without doing anything

I unfotunately paid money for the above unit beleiving the assurances/talks .money paid rs7190 receipt no 101 013481.after taking money both pk parida& sagar panigrahi disappeared. this is on 18-01. after that many calls are not answered. machine does not work. cost me for installing. now i fear i was cheated and swindle occured. please help to recover my rs7190 paid. it is my husband's hard earned money. i fell for their talks in their stall in swadeshi mela at ambagan.
