Leakage in m/c since installation

The m/c bought on 25/09 has leakage since installation the service executive (Raju Tiwari) said that he would come back and rectoify the same but did not take action and was rude when called to remind. Subsequently hv ben complaining almost everyday on company's helline but n action has been taken and no executive visited the site.

Also at time of installation no TDS test was done and at that time was promised that will be conducted after installation but never done

Am very frustrating and if nothing works then will hv to approach the consumer court for litigation.
