Sir/Madam,
I purchased an RO of Eureka Forbes from a retailer in Oct. Since the very first day, the switch was not working properly. During the first regular check by the executive, he did not agree there's an issue with the switch. Over 3 weeks back, he came for the second scheduled maintenance of the RO. Finally, he relented and agreed the switch is faulty. It was agreed the switch was to be replaced within 2 days. After numerous calls to the local representative of Eureka Forbes and also to customer care, all I get are assurances and nothing more. For the last 3 weeks, I am buying water from outside, even though I have an RO. What I expect as a customer is quality customer service. However, my case is that of a dissatisfied customer.
