Our customer id is 1005935387. We purchased Eureka Forbes RO on 1st Jan. The equipement is not working from 7th July. We have given a complaint to their call centre (tel no.38993333). The request is not being attended to even after 48 hours. We have purchase water despite investing Rs.8000 for the product. Please take up seriously.
