Nonattendence of complaint

I am anand, I live at Dwarka (Delhi) Tel no:9313932001.My RO system became U/S on 12 Apr and I complained to helpline. The complain no. is 80267155 dt 12 Apr. After thet I had, spoken to many times at call center and I have a strange feeling that they were making fun of my complaint, people like SARITA, ROHIT, SANJAY were the people I had spoken. I was also given Tel No-01125089050 who gave me Tel no-9350917334, I finally was given no of Karolbag office28750722.It was a vicious circle of REDTAPEISM.At 1730 0n 14 Apr my prob still unresolved and Ms SONIA at 9968273917 unaware of any such complaint. I have spend not only on water but on these useless call to talk to these useless people. Is the COUNTRY HEAD of Eureka Forbes listening?
