Eurekaforbes RO water filter
Very, very, very poor service

Ever since we hv bought this RO water purifier it is troubling us. Every few months the filter is giving us some problem or other and whenever we put up a complaint, we get extremely poor service. Firstly they think we rfools and talks to us as if we r fools giving us wrong promises that their service engr. will visit us soon. Secondly your service engrs. are extremely rude with no mannerisms whatsoever how to treat their customers. Their only motive is to extrat money from the customers even when the RO plant is under warranty by way of talking us into getting a service contract. We hv not even got our full warranty service and even before the warranty was over they made us take service contract. Sir we repent having bought this RO plant from YOUR SUPPOSEDLY A VERY PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY LIKE EUREKA FORBES. sir if this matter is not taken up seriously we will be compelled to take this matter into consumers' forum or give it in writing in any of the big dailies or newspapers. Hope to receive a positive and a quick/prompt service and reply from yr end.
