Money taken more than MRP

Hi,

I am very very disappointed with Eureka Forbs service.

I bought Eureka Forbs Aqua guard (Total RO Smart) on 17-May at Bangalore and Sales Representative (Mr. Srinivas) asked me for INR 9990 for Total RO Smart model which I paid through CITI Bank cheque. On receiving the product I found product MRP is only INR 9150 and I got receipt also for INR 9150.On requesting several times difference amount extra I paid, I am keep on getting promise it will take 3 business days and so. I also contacted Mr Ishwar who is manager but no action and still I have not received any payment from Eureka Forbs.
