Local dealer not responding the complaint

I purchased the vaccum cleaner unit no. 7220506 on dated 07-07-03. About three months back my unit stop working. I made complaint with M/S Marut Enterprises, the local dealer at Sultanpur (U.P.), but so far he did not care to repair.
