Eureka Forbes/Water purifier
Non delivery of machine

I have booked the order of Water Purifier - Model - Infinity and made the total payment on 06.10.09 but as on date the machine is not delivered. When i tried to contact all concern person they are simply giving the false promises that it will be deliver toaday, this is going on since the 08.10.09. Hence i have booked the complain 15 or 16.10.09, now a person is contacting me from Banglore (Eureka Forbes) is asking me contact details which i have sent, but it seems, this person is not getting my mail???
