Not attending service call coming under AMC

I have given my Water Purifier Model Inova sl. No.3018548 for replacing Filter at the door step of Eurekaforbes Service Center at Pallavaram, Chennai 43, Tamilnadu on 11.10.08; which was to be given to us on the same day or the next day. But they given only nearly after 10 days ie on 23rd after our repeated followups over phone and in person and after paying for AMC vide receipt No. 15643746 dt 23.10.08. Their reason is service person was not available.
However, after installing the purifier at my residence, it indicates that filter to be changed. Immediately, I have contacted them to send the service people; but so far they have not sent the service people. Hence I hereby lodge my complaint that THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED THE OLD FILTER WITH THE NEW ONE for the amount collected and continue to cheat by poor service. It is also confirmed and accepted by them by not deputing service personnel to change the filter.
Hence I request your goodself to look into this and redress the grievance by making them compensate suitably for the loss, stress and strain to me breach of AMC and so on.
