Request Technician visit to attend the service as per service contract

Dear Sir,

Sorry to record that my numerous telephone calls to your Mumbai Customer Service cell requesting to depute your technician to attend to the routine service of the water purifier which is under Contract No. AG96B 14258164 valid till 26.09.2008 remain unresponded even after five days of my first call.

The docket number given to me was 51532828. The personnel whom I contacted are of little help except to tender apology for non-attendance. As you will appreciate, such a lackadaisical reply does not take us anywhere and we, the customers, are set to doubt the integrity of the supplier!!
