Violation of service contract

We have entered into a service contract no. AG/96B 13734151 with m/s eureka forbes ltd., visakhapatnam, for water purifier (reviva) unit no. 2083221, valid up to 27.12.2008. we have logged a service call no. 1004295383, with their service center on 27.10.2008 at 10.00 AM, but, till now no body has turned up for repair. No name of the authorised service centre has been mentioned instead of which they have mentioned two telephone nos. 0891-2752903 & 2553009. request to arrange replace/rectify immediately without any further loss of time. regards.
