Amc-not giving proper service

Fter few days when i called back to the complaint office, iwas told about the leave of the concerned person. Than two new boy's were sent to my residence who also could not do any thing. Since last 15 days i am calling your office but no responce. Every time it is said "KAL HO JAYEGA"our local complaint tel.no.is 0512-3241718

pl.look into the matter otherwise ihave no option but to change my water purifier & shift to other company.
