Not Servicing Under Warranty Water Filter for almost 1 month!

My water filter suddenly stopped working. I filed a Service Complaint (Ref. 80292210) on 27th April, 08. Today it's 23rd May and the company has still not yet serviced the water filter. This is despite more than 8 calls being made. Not only is this extremely frustrating as there's no drinking water at home and therefore I have to spend a lot of money (so far more than Rs. 3, 700/-) on packaged water. The call centre helpline is disastrous as it takes a minimum of 12 minutes (upto 18 minutes once!) to get through their representative.
