Eurekha forbes - RO water purifier
Service delay - yet to be resolved

I bought a RO in the month of August. My RO is not in working condition for two weeks now. Made regular complaints to the helpline and even got a req. no: 0053570011. My cust no: 1005016201. Even after repeated contacts the same is not solved. An engg. advised me one of the filter in the RO has to be replaced. The Office at Raipur informed me that there is no stock of filter. am wondering when it will be resolved. had an impression that the eurekha forbes is the best co. with after sales service. but think its the worst.
