Eurekha Forbes - Water Purifier
No Service

I have purchase a water purified from Eurekha Forbes around 2 years back. It worked fine for the first year, but since the past one year it is giving problem. The water does not flow out of the purifier. Today the state is such that it is just a showpiece in my kitchen. We have called up the service cell time and again. Everytime the lady who answers the calls starts talking about the cost, expenditure, service charges etc and promises that the person will visit in two days. But till date nothing has moved. I have read several complaints like this on the net on the same subject against the company. Beleive me it is very shamefull, is someone in the Company paying attention to this?
