Bad Service

I am very unhappy with your service. I have recently bought your "Euro Air Geneus" and its making unusual noise. I called up 3 times since the last 10 days on your customer care number and every time I get the same reply, "we'll be sending someone soon", but still nobody has turned up. When you want to sell your product you send so many salesmen again and again unnecessarily, but when we require service, nobody responds. Eureka forbes has been a very bad experience for me, and I demand an answer.
