Complaint for improper functioning of the product was lodged with the call centre on 23rd November with the Complaint Number M - 60514.

Till date promise of attending the complaint in 24 hours has not been kept by the comapny. Calls were also made post 23rd November as reminder but nothing has happened.

Demand:

Product shall be changed immediately with the fresh product.
