Very Bad Service

This complaint i am doing on behalf of my father-in-law. Name Mr Chandrakant R Chandarana. Add: B/14, 204, Veena Nagar, 2nd Floor, L.B.S. Marg, Mulund (W), Mumbai:80. 1st complaint given on 4th March for serviceing, I have been told that service man will come today or by tomorrow complaint no:040309436. 2nd complaint on 9th March same reply given by the authority complaint no:53382092. 3rd complaint given on 10th March same reply given. 4th complaint given on 13th againg same reply & today 14th March given that today serviceman will come 100%. This Email I am doing at 8.00pm nobody has came.
