Poor services and lost of luggage

Dear Sir,

We have given the goods to EURO GOLD PACKERS AND MOVERS on 20nd october and they have said that they will deliver the goods on 24th october and will provide the insurance cover and taken all the cost in advance of transport and insurance, but they fail to deliver the goods on time, we have receive the goods on 28th october and still they have not given the insurance papers to me, despite of deal of loading and unloadimg were done by them, they have not provide any unloading helpers and they have lost my 5 goods also, kindly take the necessary action, i have all the proof to back up the things.
