Dear Sir,

We had dispatched 2 packages to our clients on 3rd June through EMS post their reference numbers are

1.ET501837567IN to Romania

2.RR475727265IN to Finland.

Since we are pushing the post office personals in order to track the packages, they were are not even showing interest on us.his name is Mr. Dhanabal may be in officer category.

We informed him that indiapost webpage (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) is not working, but he didn't even replied for that.

Hope you will take necessary action in order to solve this.
