Maintence not carried out

1. I have a water filter of Euroka Forbes.and I stay at pune

2. In Aug I had taken TWO year maintence contract for the annual maintenece of water filter (Home use).

3. For the 6 Monthly maintence I had to run around and finally the maintence of cleanning the filter etc was carried outwith a delay of 4 months.

4. The annual change of FIlter and carbon etc which was to be carried out in Aug has not been DONE TILL NOW.

5. I have submitted several request with the call centre and the standard reply is that the maintenece will be carried out with in a day...

6. today I am trying to call their maintence Exective at Mumbai and she is not in chair and no one else is responding...

7. I have already deposited the money for the annual maintence so isn't it the responsibility of the service centre to maint it. Now after reminders also they are not maintning it... what is to be done...

8. NICe LOGO they have LIfe long assocciation... ya of all the NEGATIVE REASONSSSSSSSSSSSS.
