This is not the first time that this problem is happening with this site.i had faced similar situation about 7-9months back.i cant understand why they associate themselves with payment gateways if the job is not done correctly and the customer has to keep running back and forth to get things done.well today also i recharged my airtel prepaid nos. 91-9958586055 for rs 99 from icici net banking. Payment I.D for this transaction is 0121136140 on 22/09/09.well it shows as succes in the banks records where as it was not credited to my mobile. The other airtel no.on which i recharged being 91-9938549766 rs 444 from icici net banking too. Payment I.D for this transaction is 0121136594 on 22/09/09.well it too shows as succes in the banks records where as it was not credited to my mobile.i just want this problem to be resolved by the above said company at the earliest.
