Hi,

I am himanshu soni, 1 month back i have moved all my home goods from euro packers & movers pvt. ltd.from mumbai to bangalore. my contact person for the movement is mukesh sharma (mob. 09321244755 tel.: 022-32180386) my consignment number is 2050. they have delivered all my good except 3 - 4 items (almira Part, table, Large Utensil stand parts), at the time of delivery when i noticed that few of my things are missing they said it must be in there warehouse they will search for it, then deliver later. it has been 15 days since my delivery they have not yet delivered it to me. I am following up with them like any thing but they are not responding to my calls. they have left me helpless.

Also they have taken mostly all money before delivery, on the delivery date they have not started unloading of my goods till i paid them money. a very bad attitude & nature towards there work & proffession.

thank god i have taken the insurance, but i have not yet claimed it.

If you can help me to get my goods then please help me.
