Compensation claim not received

Dear Sir,

I had booked for shifting of my household items from Bangalore to Pune on 26.06.2008 with 1st Euro Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd.as i relocated to Pune for a change of job. I had paid the full amount of Rs 9527/- alongwith the insurance charges levied by them. The consignment no is 1059.I received my items after much follow up and repeated reminders on 22.07.2008.Among the items received, i recieved one Steel Almirah in completely broken condition. I had been assured by one mr Ravinder Sharma from Euro Packers that i would get full compensation of the damage. I send a letter to them for claim of Rs 8000/- via DTDC courier on 4th August. DTDC CNo is Po8966360.Thereafter, i have not recieved any response from them even after several std calls and several reminders from my side. Request you to kindly address the issue and oblige.
