EU PREMIER MOBILE DRAW PROMOTION on my cell and he told me that if i want my draftt then please contact on email address given below, so i had sent him email so again he replied me with the claim form so again i replied him, he again replied me telling that if u wont be in position to come at UK then we will sent you draft through courier but for registration purpose they required 23, 200 in indian ruppes, these ruppes i had to pay in SBI now i am getting confused what shall i do? shall i deposit this 23, 200 rupees or not? please help me.
