Breach of contract condition

I have a compact type aquaguard, on completion of one year after purchase i eneterd in to service contract for a period of three years and 12 services, however the company has provided only three services during this period, the sub company appointed by main company pleads that they have taken over this job from last one and half an year and they are giving proper services to the customers. My first half was went one attended for which i want my money back from the company. The amount has been charged but no services were provided
