BAD SIGNAL POOR SPEED

HI I am chetan my customer no is 51793380 i am frequently facing the problem with the EV-d0 device. As the company as promised me for 2mbps speed but know i am not getting connected only then where's the speed matters so i am requesting you to solve my problem as early as early as possible or i may take seviour measures on beof of your company
