Very slow and sometimes no signal

Hello, my name is siyad .ibought bsnl's evdo.at the time of buying they said its speed is 2.5 mb.i didn't even see the speed crossing 750 kb even if the range tower shows full range.then y u peole says that it'll give a speed of 2.5mb.i 'm not satisfied with this. my place is in puthuchira, umayanalloor p o kollam.
