With Out Oustanding HSBC CREDIT CARD Amount Increases Every Month

Dear Sir,

I have HSBC Credit Card From Last 4 Years. On Every Year They had reverse the Credit card annual fees. This year also i had make a call regarding reversal of Annual fees. If they will unable to reverse the amount Please Cancell the card asperdisscusion. They had told that Your Annual fees reversed. I did not get any statement after that. Suddenly after 6 Months i had received a letter from HSBC that, they have cancelled the credit card & They shown total outstanding is arond 4600/Rupees.

I did not make any purchase on that card. Please Give suggestion.
