Everest Housing Society
A permanent resident, had to enter in the register before entering in the society

Dear All,

I am a permanent resident of this flat in everest heights, pune... my watch man tells me you need to make an entry if you happen to enter after 12 in the night...

i do not understand this rule for a permanent resident... and have faced it for the first time... suggest me on the same, as to what action i could take regarding the same...
