Harassment by society for unnecessary funds

We have a flat in evergreen society. Subhash Bhai, secretary of this society and chariman of the society ha failed to address any of our complains so far since more than 5 years.

Complains are as below

- Ours is a terrace flat

- We had leakage problems earlier, which has caued huge damage to problems

- We are not allowed to put TAR on terrace above our flats

- Our parapet has been broken since 3 years

- Rains damage our flat because of leakage and broken parapet

- We refused to pay the renovation charges because none of our complains have been addressed

- We have been paying rent regularly

- They charge the waterbill based on no of residents in flat

- Ideally it should be charged based on sq ft of the flat

- We have send multiple letters to secretary and chairman, but there has been no one to listen

- We keep getting letters and they keep charging interest on renovation charges as well

- Recently they have again asked for some additional 4000 INR for renovation

- They have earlier charged 25, 000 INR for building renovation

- We are not financially capable to keep paying thee additional money

We would really like to get help from consumer society here and have someone address our issues.
