Non-Receipt of TDS Challan deposited

Dear Sir,

Our Co. has deposited a TDS Challan for Rs.9, 857.00 to SBI, Park Street Br. on 06.07.2009 and it has also been Debited from our Bank on 10.07.2009. But we are extremely sorry to state that till date 11.11.2009 we have not got the counterfoil of that TDS payment.

And we have got the information from IT Department that no such payment has been made from our Company. It means SBI have taken our money in ther A/c and it has been not posted to Income Tax Dept. They are holding our money to themselves.

We have physically followed up with the Br. Manager Mr. Ratan Majumdar for 30-35 times and also called up several times. He is just ignoring our request and also not showing any such interest to solve this issue. This is going to be really frustrating from our end as we are regulary chased up by the Income Tax Department for Non Payment of TDS on time.

Kindly, if you can look into the matter and sort it out.
