EWC S Cosmo commode
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT To EXCHANGE

I purchased a EWC S Cosmo commode from Gupta Trading Company, Shivaji Marg, Lucknow on July 23. When installed, it leaked. On the first day itself I contacted the dealer, and subsequently the company’s area office and talked more than dozen times to get it corrected. Company’s technician visited twice and reinstalled it, applied his mind and hand, used and changed many times the stopper but failed to correct the leak. It has left the bathroom unused for three weeks. Still the technician has no solution and talks of makeshift arrangement to stop the leak. Proposal to make such an arrangement misfits a fresh product. It has harassed me much. For failure of company’s area office to get it installed and still hopeless to get it done, nothing remains except to exchange the product for some other product that can hopefully be installed and give the services. You are requested to heed my complaint soon.
