NO Replacement Yet

I purchased the said model in the last of year 2008 from Hindware Local dealer here in Roorkee. It was not working properly after many visits of your representative/ technician. On the recommendations of your engineer I received a letter (from Anamika Trade links Pvt. Ltd Ghaziabad) in February to collect new piece as a replacement from the local dealer in Roorkee. On the other hand dealer says that copany did not send any WC in replacement. This is June and defected seat was laying in my bathroom as your engineer left since Dec.
