Dear Sir/ Madam

I visited first time Relience Web World located at Nasik Road and opened an ID by paying Rs:1500/- on 01.03.2008 this was done on suggestion and assurance given by an employ in this web world that he will provide me the facilities of MSN messeging and skype video chats. Keeping in mind the name of Relience I agree and paid the amount. It is surprised the services as promised to me to pay Rs: 1500/- have not yet provided.

I with my wife visited three times but the staff emplyed there are not in position to provide me these facilities. We have waisted lot of time unnecessarily being no fault of us.

My I request you to refund my amount paid, so that I can move to another cyber cafe.
