Salary

I worked in the excaliber technologies. In march 13th they had lay offed me and My MD told that they are giving 3 weeks of time. so he is going to give the march salary also But at that time we have not received our february salary. After that on march 17th everyone in my office got the salary except me. I have called him and mailed him so many times but he is saying that i will give on that day this day but the days are going on... i have not received my salary he has to give the march salary also not only that every month from my salary he will cut the amount of 5000/- he has to give that also I am really tensed what to do what can i do please suggest me how to proceed and get my money back.
