Unlawful deduction of Rs 30

I'm an excel prepaid customer in karnataka, My cell no. is 919448005250, it is very sorry to receive a message that, Rs 30 has been deducted from my account on account of back up services,

I was browsing trough the details of back up plan throug the gprs, fortunately my handset did not support, still they asked me to contact through sms services, I just wanted to know the details of the plan, so I initiated a sms request for help

soon the beaming message appeared stating that you have been charged Rs 30 for your back up service,

I was shocked and contacted the customer care, the customer care is simply killing our time to reach them and seek the help, by giving so many options, which would confuse the customer and the response from the cust care is not good enough,

hope we know the services more than the cust care,

they do not consider our requests and answer for our call saying that we don't have that fescility to check in our system, or by saying that always our systems are out of service.

kindly help me solve my problem and henceforth, customers should not face such a kind of situation.
