Labour charge in free service and low quality service

Sir, i have purchased two no. of excel heavy duty vehicles from SS MOBIKE POINT, Rayagada, Orissa. one in Nov and another on 12th Feb. but the service provided by the dealer is worst. hehas charged Rs. 80/- in 1st free service. he has supplied a side box, which was not properly installed at the time of purchase, but he didnot repaired it even in the servicing time. my 1st vehicle milage is only 40kmph, which is lower than ur specified millage. so, i need clarification about the fact. Why are u charging labour cost during free service?
