i am a castomar of a bsnl pripaid mobile from westbengal, dumkal, murshidabad.the purchese date of this connection is 15-jan.this sim is is taken under a special offer which is("the validity of this sim is six month and if i recharge this sim/month by upper than 100 rs then i will got 50 Rs/month up to six month")i have already got 50 Rs/month in privious two month.but this month i already recharge with 189 Rs but i could not receive 50Rs balence, please help me. and my mobile number is (9475258434)
