I have BSNL Excel prepaid (punjab circle) my mobile no. 9417864161. I have two local no. for EXCEL POWER Now, i want to change one local number with STD WLL no. SO please help me to do so. My present EXCEL power plan no.are 0181 2222084 AND 9417585045 i want to changed these numbers to 06272-290099 AND 9417585045 please do the needful.
