Attery not giving proper service

The invertor battery purchased from BEDI ELECTRICALS (JALANDHAR) punjab, is not giving proper service since two mpnths of its purchase.dealer was approached many times but he suggested to replace invertor instead of battery. Same was done but battery did not gave service even after that. Now when he was approached he used abusive language and told it will not be replaced. It was purchased in march and gurranted for 18 months. Please help
