Sir I have brought this battery from pondicherry dealers name

Sir the problem is I don’t have warrenty card like lost it during car service, now I don’t get my battery to charge it get discharged 2 day I don’t use the car (checked with alternater, or any earthing or short sercuit problem in local service station all seems to be good and fine) no problem with car part, I talked with person where I brought the battery from they found the bill checked the battery gave me saying it was over charged because the battery water was full that is why iam having the problem is what they said, iam starting to having the same problem after 2 day I got the battery from the dealer, I really headache every morning I have to push my car to start, iam writing this letter for the 3rd time to admin@mum.exide.co.in, not all responding, and would lodge a complaint
