I wish to bring to your notice that the car battery was ok at the time of purchase. But on 17 July, it was found to have swollen up.

I took my battery to the shop and they gave my driver assurance that I would get a new battery from the company. However, they returned the same battery today in the same swollen condition with the assurance that it is fine. But I feel that the battery is definitely not normal and may explode anytime. I seek your help in getting the battery replaced by a new one. Meanwhile, I have to stop using my car.
