Battery no charge

I bought a Car battery from Exide dealer M/s SS Battery, B-203A, Sec 16, Noida on 14-7-08. On 15-7-08 morning, it was found that there is no charge. I callled up Exide toll free no. 9818516661. The help arrived after 2 hours. They told that the battery is faulty and needs to be replaced. And only the dealer will replace it.

I called up the dealer. He informed that his shop is closed today, so he cannot send anybody with another battery.

I am stranded; feeling that I should not have purcahsed from Exide.
