Phone dead

Dear sir/mam

we have purchaesd Broad band in november along with connection of BSNL. But we found that every month our phone dead 10 days we have complained many times but there is no parmanent solution.we are facing lot of problems in office. in these days 14 days our phone has dead but there is no response from BSNL..We talk to mr saini (SDO) Mobile No-9417893400. of Roop nagar But he is also not responding about this metter. So please do the need full action.
