My self ASHISH KUMAR SINHA & This is inform you I had brought a EXIDE INVERTER tubler battery (for use of inverter with MICROTEK inverter) on month of march08. After using 8 to 9 month this battery was charge 1 hour (volt.220) & also recharge one hour .the Sr. No. of battery is-3P7-0002239 & invoice no.1125080671.many time complain regarding battery to you vendor AKASH DEEP indu market Ballia. but the vendor is not provide any positive solution. This type of irresponsible behavior customer is suffer many type of problem & the faith on company decrease day by day, therefore request to you pl arrange faithful service engineer or replace my battery.
