I had purched a ups battery bearing no.4/8-504568 of 12 volt from their auth dealer in raniganj from JJ CORPORATION on7/1/09.the battery was not working so i got touch with the dealer but the dealer is saying that it will take time.i asked the dealer how long will it take. first they said it will take one week.then i contacted the dealer after a week he said call me after a couple of days. after making so many calls and i did not get satisfactory anser.
