SIR,

zscoin1350plus slno 59543 was purchased on 24'10/07 from patna battery centre patna. The battery is not giving me the required back up for the last five months. I have sent the battery for check up to your service centre three times and each time they send it back with a ok certificate.

I am not a coutomer to make false complains as i have got my invertor tested and it is giving me 3hours back up on old service battery of your company only. I have been harresed quite a bit running to your dealer and then to your service centre all the time. Kindly look into this problem and do the needful.
