Complaint against Airtel

Hi Sir,
This is related my Airtel number 9971876660 complaint.
Airtel has mentally harassed me, below are the few main points:
I subscribed for Airtel somewhere in September as EXL Service’s corporate connection, since then I have taken their monthly rental Rs. 444 plan with ebill facility, in Feb’09 they have changed my account number and vanished my email details due to which I am not getting any bills, even after escalating it to them several times they never send me bill on my email, which already resisted in their systems, their executive confirmed it several times. I never send any request to stop my ebill facility then how Airtel can stop this…
I called to customer care for complaint but intentionally executive disconnected my 444 mins A2M local plus National free service (communication reference number is 9851989475, executive Meenakshi) how Airtel can disconnect my service without informing me
When again I call to customer care then another executive Simran did not reactivate the free mins instead of that again she send me the stopped message again (communication reference number is 952003123)
Airtel has changed my address from A-48, Sector 58 Noida to something else so that I can not contact with the customer care, how company can change my address without being request from my side
My company suppose to reimburse my telecom bills but because Airtel is not sending me bills from last six months hence I paid whole amount from my pocket. I believe Airtel is responsible for it and now they should pay me back
Airtel salesman sold me connection as corporate connection with pemplate written ‘Special offers for EXL employees’ they had also mention the CUG benefits while they never given that benefits, now they are saying it is not applicable on your bill plan
Only source for me to know about my outstanding balance is reminder sms they send near by due date, how Airtel can presume that customer is free to pay their amount within one week
While my credit limit is Rs2200 or more how they can failed my sim, at least they should give me the chance to speak to customer care
I paid my whole bill on 01.09.2009 at 6:30 PM but they have not still reconnect my connection even after 50 hrs of payment, when Airtel is not sending bills to customers then how can company put anyone's business on toss, even if they are facing some technical problems then again they should pay the compensation to customers
Pl Please look into to above query and do some justice for the inconvenience. Airtel should pay me Rs.10, 000 for not sending me bills and mental harassment.
I have great expectations from your side. Please do not disappointment me.
